Qualifications

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Develop policy briefing memos for agency leadership and interagency coordination reports
• Prepare grant compliance packages and reporting narratives, constituent correspondence and case management logs
