Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced capture managers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead RFI/RFP responses for public-sector opportunities, own compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans, delivering top-tier written materials with precision.

This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week (or more), $100/hour, and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for government proposals.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce accurate, compelling capture materials and executive summaries.
