Ethos is seeking directors of public policy to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across policy memos, interagency reports, and grant narratives, working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government or public administration, excellent writing, and the ability to produce polished documents and presentations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in government agencies or public administration with ownership of policy memos and grant packages
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations narratives
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
