Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communications, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases for people, process, and technology impacts.
• Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and drive change outcomes.
