Job summary

Accenture in Singapore is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to drive business and technology transformations within the Talent & Organization practice. You will design strategies, support stakeholder engagement, and enable adoption of new ways of working to deliver sustainable outcomes.

You will assess impacts, develop communication and adoption plans, and collaborate with project teams to realize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Human Capital, or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Change Management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop simple business cases (e.g., how technology impacts people, roles, and ways of working).
• Ability to articulate the value case for change and leverage data to track adoption, measure outcomes, and demonstrate business impact.
• Passion for learning and applying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies in everyday work.
