Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive B2B sales professional to identify SME clients and promote our financial solutions, focusing on lead generation and account development. You will build strong client relationships, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding and exceptional first experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in finance, with credit proposal preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant ongoing experience in B2B hunter sales for any industry.
• Proven stability in a company, preferably two years or more.
• A hunter's sense and a proactive, aggressive sales demeanor.
• Experience handling Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements and credit writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation) and pro-actively market our financial solutions to meet their needs


• Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.


• Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.


• Develop account plans and client strategies.


• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.


• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.


• Understand client needs, goals, and business operations.


• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage.


• Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.


• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.


• Prepare credit proposals including financial analysis


• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience handling Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc


• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements


• Credit writing experience


• Proficient in report writing, as he/she will be responsible for preparing credit proposals, which will include financial analysis
