Search Index Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Relationship Manager, Business Development for Hire Purchase Division to drive secured and unsecured loans, property loans, hire purchase of machinery and equipment, shipping loans and working capital facilities in Singapore.

The role focuses on hunting for SME clients, building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent client onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Proven stability in a Bank, Leasing Capital Loans company, B2B commercial Sales or Solution Sales.
• Hunter’s mindset with proactive, aggressive sales and results-driven attitude.
• Self-starter and a team player with SME/Commercial sales network.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation).
• Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
• Develop account plans and client strategies.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Understand client needs, goals, and business operations.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage.
• Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support

• Aself-starter and a team player and able to value add having good network with SME or Commercial Sales

• Sales and negotiation abilities with Customer service mindset in Problem-solving and conflict resolution

• Knowledge of relevant industry or sector

• The corporate rank and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience
