Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate lending and relationship management for Midcap clients.
• Strong credit and financial analytical skills with ability to build financial models.
• Knowledge of corporate bank products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, identify and initiate account strategies to expand portfolios.
• Execute account plans and drive business development with internal partners.
• Increase product penetration and cross-sell IBG services (capital markets, transaction banking, treasury).
• Ensure timely submission of RFPs, pitches and credit memos.
• Prepare financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) based on sound assumptions.
• Monitor accounts for credit changes and escalate as needed to senior bankers.
• Undertake corporate finance analyses, including valuation and comps.
