OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager for the Global Commercial Banking team, focusing on Real Estate & Construction. You will manage a portfolio of medium and large SMEs, deepen client relationships, and deliver tailored banking solutions.

Responsibilities include credit origination, portfolio oversight, cross-selling Cash Management, Treasury, and Investment Banking solutions, while maintaining risk controls and fostering strong internal partnerships for

Qualifications

5+ years in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or RM roles.
Experience with Real Estate & Construction clients is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to build and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large SMEs within Real Estate & Construction.
Develop strategies to deepen relationships and acquire new-to-bank clients.
Cross-sell Cash Management, Treasury, and Investment Banking solutions.
Lead credit proposals and oversee risk assessments.
Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders for deal execution.
Drive business development and market share in the sector.
