Qualifications

• Degree or diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience in relevant industry.
• Good understanding of KYC / Customer Due Diligence for banks and NBFIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing activities and credit risk evaluation for banks and money services business.
• Assist with network management for Singapore branch with nostro agents.
• Ensure timely delivery of client requirements including maintenance of accounts and operations for various facilities.
• Develop and manage strategies for the client segment.
• Prepare/review/oversee facilities approvals, documentation and drawdown.
• Originate and onboard new to bank clients in respective client segments.
• Support bank-wide initiatives/projects impacting the segment's top line.
• Maintain Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence processes.
• Act as first line of defence to risk aspects for this segment.
• Own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment.
• Provide client service including inquiries and investigations.

• To assist with performing network management for Singapore branch with nostro agents
• Ensure timely delivery of clients' requirements including maintenance of account and operational matters related to current accounts, fixed deposits, loans and trade facilities
• Directly responsible for the development and managing strategies for the client segment
• To prepare / review / oversee facilities approvals, documentation and drawdown
• To originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments
• To champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in top line impact to the bank in relations to this segment of customers
• To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence
• To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers
• To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients
• To perform client service responsible including client inquiries and investigations

Qualifications

Relevant Work Experience
