Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fast learner with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of cultural diversity.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Review tender requirements and coordinate with APAC countries for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with local offices, procurement, and stakeholders to develop competitive proposals.
• Develop project plans covering pricing analysis, reviews, evaluations, and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate tender records, reports, and documentation in internal systems.
• Provide tender management insights and recommendations in cross-regional meetings.
• Identify and resolve tender-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support related assignments and projects as required.
