Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Tender and Bid Coordinator to support end-to-end tender activities.

You will coordinate global and regional inputs, review requirements, and ensure commercially sound proposals are submitted on time. The role requires strong Excel skills and good stakeholder management across APAC. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in logistics or tender management, with a Diploma in SCM or related field and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in tender management, bid coordination, pricing or commercial support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global and regional account management teams to prepare and submit tenders for key customers.
• Review tender documents to identify commercial and operational requirements and ensure responses.
• Liaise with country and regional teams across APAC for timely submissions.
• Collaborate with local offices and procurement to develop competitive tender proposals.
• Coordinate tender timelines, pricing activities, reviews and approvals.
