Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Logistics Coordinator to support SG Affiliate operations. You will release orders to RDC, coordinate with 3PL, handle export documentation, and ensure timely shipments.

The role requires 2-3 years' experience in logistics, export docs, ERP systems, and strong attention to detail. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred for a 1-year contract based in Suntec.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation (COA) and shipment/invoicing processes.
• Experience liaising with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to coordinate on-time shipments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Releasing orders to RDC for SG and export to distributor markets.
• Manage samples request process and coordinate with 3PL for logistics/shipping.
• Release orders to 3PL, ensure proper documentation and COA attachment.
• Coordinate with 3PL and Freight forwarder to ensure on-time shipment.
• Ensure export documents are complete before filing and track shipments.
