Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate export shipments and ensure timely delivery across regional accounts from Singapore.

You will prepare shipping documents, monitor schedules, resolve irregularities and support process improvements while collaborating with suppliers, customers and 3PLs.

The role requires at least 2 years in export shipment management, familiarity with Incoterms and strong Excel/SAP skills to optimise workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export shipment management.
• Familiarity with logistics terminology, shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Experience in shipment scheduling, recovery planning and managing shipment irregularities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SAP (SD/MM).
• Ability to research export requirements and regulations across regional countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities with suppliers, customers and 3PLs.
• Manage export shipments to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
• Prepare, verify and process shipping documents accurately and within timelines.
• Execute daily operational tasks in accordance with SOPs.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues, delays and irregularities.
• Participate in review sessions and recommend workflow improvements.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and support team meetings and operational reviews as required.
• Monitor developments in regional automotive aftersales supply chains and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of logistics terminology, Incoterms and best practices.
