Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Suntec is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage order release to RDC and 3PL for SG and export shipments under a 1-year contract. You will handle samples, export documentation, COA, and ensure on-time shipments while coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders.

A diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related field and 2–3 years of logistics experience are expected. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination, ideally within an MNC or affiliate/distribution environment.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and shipment/invoicing processes.
• Prior exposure to advanced, manual EXCEL & ERP/order management systems (e.g. SAP, M3, or similar).
• Experience liaising with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to coordinate on-time shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accuracy under time pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work across Supply Planning, Customer Service, and external logistics partners.
• Immediate to short notice availability preferred (given 1-year contract with urgent coverage need).

Responsibilities

• Releasing orders to Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) for SG and for exports to distributor markets.
• Manage samples request process.
• Releasing orders to 3PL (Third-Party Logistics provider) for Global Logistics/Shipping, tenders and samples conversion.
• Distributor Market export documentation.
• Others as may be assigned.
• RDC Customer service & Logistics for identified markets.
• Check customer orders received is align with allocation provided by Supply Planner.
• Release customer orders into RDC system.
• Update and consolidate actual shipped orders to ensure customer’s orders are fulfilled.
• Issue invoice and attach Certificate of Analysis (COA) for export shipments and direct shipments.
• Co-ordinate with 3PL and Freight forwarder to ensure on-time shipment to customers.
• Ensure all redressed products are shipped within agreed timelines.
• Ensure completeness of export documents before filing.
• Tracking of Inbound shipments and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Others as may be assigned.
