Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore (Jurong East) seeks a logistics coordinator to manage APAC drop shipments, liaise with sales, customers, and warehouses, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires SAP proficiency and LC/import/export knowledge, with the aim of cost-effective and compliant order fulfillment.

You will handle shipping documents, POD, and weekly status reports, while coordinating with forwarders to optimize transit times.

Qualifications

• Experience with drop shipment processes in APAC
• SAP experience required
• LC, import and export knowledge is essential

Responsibilities

• Process Drop shipment orders for APAC customers and coordinate with sales and customers
• Liaise with warehouse and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and LC-related paperwork
• Provide weekly reports on open orders and shipping status
• Attend cross-functional meetings to resolve order issues and updates
• Process Green Project drop shipments and ensure POD-based shipments and billing headers
