Yokogawa Singapore is seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development professional to drive opportunity creation across industries, shape solutions, and coordinate country enablement. You will identify, qualify, and pursue L3/L4 opportunities while aligning with regional strategies.

You will lead pre-sales activities, collaborate with sales teams, SMEs, and global solution teams, and ensure differentiating value placement.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years in Pre-Sales, Sales, or Business Development in Industrial Automation or related solution businesses.
Proven track record in solution-based selling beyond basic control systems.
Strong understanding of L2–ICSS, L3/L4 solutions (MES, Asset Performance, ERP).
Experience in regional or multi-country environments is highly preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer challenges into value.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently regionally.

Responsabilidades

Identify, develop, and qualify L3/L4 solution opportunities across the region.
Drive opportunities within Chemical, Metals, Pulp & Paper, Fertilizer, Electrical & Electronics, Automotive sectors.
Build new pipelines in data centers, rail, semiconductor, battery & EV, recycling.
Engage stakeholders across technical, operational, and management levels.
