Job summary

Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth of service business and protect installed base.

You will manage quotations, pursue maintenance contracts, and collaborate with vendors to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. 3-5 years of experience and Yokogawa DCS knowledge preferred.

This role focuses on achieving budgeted order intake, sales turnover, and gross profit, while expanding into new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Hands-on Yokogawa DCS and/or Prosafe-RS experience.
• Ability to translate installed systems into new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with DCS IO configurations and control drawings.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned budget for Order Intake/Sales Turnover/Gross Profit.
• Develop and grow service business and protect installed base.
• Review customer modification requests and generate quotations.
• Pursue and renew maintenance contracts; renew back-to-back support with YHQ/3rd party vendors.
• Identify new opportunities with supporting departments/vendors to expand installed base.
• Collaborate to generate solutions meeting customer requirements and upsell offerings.
• Manage high volume of quotation requests and turnaround.
• Process order bookings and hand over to operations.
