Zuellig Pharma is a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, enabling access to medicines across 17 markets. The Regional SFE & Data Analytics role drives APAC Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM, setting standards for sizing, segmentation, incentives, and engagement across markets.

It oversees governance, roadmap, and adoption of Veeva CRM and related platforms. You'll lead multi-market teams, partner with BI on analytics and reporting, and shape the capabilities of regional field forces

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, science or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Sales Force Effectiveness, commercial operations or CRM in pharma/CHC, including at least 3 years leading people or multi-market work.
• Depth in SFE and working command of CRM and sales technology; hands-on experience with field force sizing, territory design, segmentation and targeting, target setting and CRM governance.
• Experience across multiple countries at regional or multi-market level, with influence on market leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the regional SFE framework covering field force sizing, territory design, segmentation and targeting, call planning, target setting, incentives, recognition, KPIs and field governance.
• Lead or quality-assure complex cross-market and launch-related field force sizing, structure and territory analyses; set regional segmentation and call-plan design principles.
• Set regional sales target-setting and incentive design principles, governance and review cadence; monitor payout patterns across markets.
• Set the regional trade spend allocation framework and ROI logic with Distribution leadership; govern how markets apply it.
• Own the regional customer-engagement model and channel-mix design standards across field, digital and remote channels.
• Own the regional CRM operating model and roadmap for Veeva, EZ Engage and related sales technology.
• Partner with Regional BI on data feeds, analytics, dashboards and confirmed performance data.
• Lead, coach and develop the Regional SFE Manager, Regional CRM Manager and analysts in scope.
