Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Account Management and Business Development in market research/healthcare or related industries; selling market research/data solutions preferred.
• High proficiency in English and local language, with strong intercultural communication and executive presence.
• Proven track record in lead generation and growing key accounts.
• Solid math skills to explain statistics behind the solutions offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans with targets and align with broader plans for existing customers.
• Lead proposal development to deliver actionable, on-target proposals quickly.
• Build internal and external partnerships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Manage performance of country accounts and portfolio of products, solutions and services.
• Promote Zuellig Pharma's offerings to meet client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts compliant with laws and guidelines.
• Conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide timely sales forecasts for strategic decisions.
• Negotiate contracts, promo plans and innovations.
• Grow and exceed the individual sales plan targets annually.
