Qualifications

• A Business or Finance Degree or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Account Management/ Business Development in healthcare or market research.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication; intercultural awareness.
• Proven track record in lead generation and expanding key accounts.
• Strong numerical abilities to explain statistics behind solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans with potential targets and collaborate with broader account plans for existing customers.
• Lead proposal development to deliver actionable, on-target, timely proposals.
• Maintain internal and external partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Performance management of assigned country, accounts & portfolio of products, solutions and services.
• Promote Zuellig Pharma’s products/services addressing or predicting client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts adhering to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts for strategic decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts, promo plans and innovations.
• Grow and exceed the individual sales plan target annually.
