Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a visionary Regional Vice President of Sales Engineering APAC to lead a high-caliber SE team in Singapore. You will expand enterprise markets, improve technical win rates, and partner with regional sales to drive value-driven CX strategies.

You will recruit and develop leaders, deliver executive-level demonstrations, and represent Zendesk’s AI-powered CX platform to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years in pre-sales/sales engineering management; 3+ years leading people managers in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep CX ecosystem knowledge: CRM, CCaaS, WEM, digital channels.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud infra (AWS), data privacy/security.
• Public speaking experience with C-suite audiences; ability to translate tech to business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-region pre-sales organization across APAC.
• Drive technical win rates, PoCs, pilots, and strategic demonstrations.
• Mentor SE managers; build a high-performance, value-led culture.
• Evangelize AI and CX capabilities at events and with executives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align AI CX roadmap.
