Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Sales Administration Specialist to support regional distributor markets across Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Sri Lanka and more.

You will process orders, consolidate PO forms, and produce monthly sales reports to enable effective sales execution. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Business or related field, have 2–3 years in sales administration or international trading, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales administration or international trading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for calculations and analysis.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels.
• Proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, accurate and detail-oriented in handling admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Administrative Support for regional distributor markets.
• Support the sales team in achieving regional sales and marketing objectives.
• Process purchase orders from distributor partners.
• Send, collect and consolidate monthly purchase order forms from distributors.
• Calculate, report monthly sales rebates and claim status.
• Monitor statements of account and provide timely updates.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Provide administrative support for semi-annual business and budget planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational matters and support sales execution.
