Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑driven Sales Administrator to manage orders, documentation, and coordination for Local Sales, B2B and staff purchases.

You will support roadshows and product launches, coordinate monthly sales meetings, track stock, and prepare sales reports for management, while liaising with Sales and Logistics on promotions and deliveries.

This role requires organized, multi-tasking abilities and good communication skills, with SAP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and PivotTable.
• Prior experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support or Sales Coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
• Organized, independent and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to support month-end activities and extended working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and documentation for Local Sales, B2B and staff purchases.
• Prepare documentation for roadshows, goods returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate monthly sales meetings and update sales performance records.
• Maintain promoter attendance records and liaise on deliveries, stock availability and returns.
• Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams on promotions, new products and delivery schedules.
• Prepare documentation for sales promotions and product launches.
• Provide stock position updates to relevant teams.
• Prepare and update sales reports for the sales team and management.
