Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support regional sales teams, process distributor purchase orders, and manage monthly rebates and claims. The role requires handling approvals, reporting, and coordination with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure smooth sales execution.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field, 2–3 years in sales administration or international trading, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service support or international trading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for calculations, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams in achieving sales and marketing objectives.
• Process and manage purchase orders from distributor partners.
• Consolidate and maintain monthly purchase order submissions from distributors.
• Calculate, process, and track monthly sales rebates and claims.
• Monitor statements of account and provide timely status updates.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Provide administrative support for business planning and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational matters and support sales execution.
• Assist in coordination and administration of regional marketing activities and events.
• Maintain effective relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide team coverage and support ad hoc projects as assigned.
