WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven professional to lead the development and growth of contract logistics services, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added solutions.

Identify new business opportunities through client meetings, tenders, and solution-based selling while collaborating with operations and solutions design teams to tailor proposals and respond to RFQs/RFPs. You will maintain a strong pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and stay informed on market trends

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and growth of contract logistics services, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client meetings, tenders, and solution-based selling.
• Collaborate with operations and solutions design teams to develop tailored logistics proposals based on customer needs.
• Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a timely and strategic manner, ensuring proposals are both competitive and operationally feasible.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer industries, and competitor offerings to refine strategy and approach.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments (operations, finance, IT) to ensure smooth solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of revenue, margin, and customer retention KPIs within the contract logistics segment.
