WEcruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a logistics operations coordinator to support regional air and ocean freight activities. You will coordinate with trucking and logistics teams and act as the main communications link between customers, internal departments, and regional operations.

You will develop and standardise SOPs and process flowcharts, monitor performance with KPI reporting, drive process improvements with the Operations Manager, and coordinate IT system enhancements and testing for

• Support regional air and ocean freight operations, coordinating with trucking and logistics teams.
• Act as the main communication link between customers, internal departments, and regional operations teams.
• Develop and standardise SOPs and process flowcharts across regional offices.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare regular customer KPI reports.
• Work with the Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate IT system enhancements, integration, and testing for operational projects.
• Provide training to operational staff on updated procedures and customer requirements.
• Resolve daily operational issues and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Assist with quotations and undertake overseas business trips when required.
