Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Freight Sales professional in Singapore to handle day-to-day air and sea freight enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive sales performance. You will coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure smooth service delivery and timely follow-up on enquiries.

The role emphasizes maintaining sales data, meeting monthly KPIs, and delivering professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day air and sea freight sales enquiries received through telephone and email.
• Prepare freight quotations based on customer requirements and conduct timely follow-up on sales enquiries and quotations.
• Maintain and prepare weekly and monthly sales data, reports and relevant performance information.
• Process debit notes and credit notes accurately to support smooth billing and payment processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate with colleagues and overseas offices to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify and develop new sales opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales and enquiry process.
