Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the SEA GTM team across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

You will drive sustainable revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts and strengthening Akamai's market position in Security, Compute and Delivery. You will oversee the regional sales organization, develop the go-to-market plan, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate sales velocity and win rates, while building executive

Qualifications

Proven experience building, developing and motivating high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to lead a geographically distributed sales workforce across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

Develop the annual go-to-market plan to attain business results and market leadership.
Lead a team of Major Account Executives responsible for growth in their territories.
Develop repeatable sales plays and productivity programs to accelerate sales velocity and win rates.
Work with Service Line management to develop pre-sales technical consulting strategies to enhance sales velocity.
Develop executive level relationships with new and existing customers to quickly build rapport and overall customer satisfaction.
Execute a successful partner and alliance strategy and ensure it is effectively administered.
