Exotic Office Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management professional for a full-time role based in Woodlands North Region, Singapore. You will manage existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring high-value service and revenue growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales and account management.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover.
• Monitor account performance and provide reports on sales metrics and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
