DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee end-to-end projects across Asia Pacific, driving digital initiatives and enhancing customer experience across markets.

You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment with IT, operations, and business units, while promoting AI-enabled innovations and compliant delivery in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with bank systems such as IBPM or similar workflow systems like CMCP/Finacle.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Ability to drive innovation and creative problem solving.
• Identify pain points and lead digitisation initiatives across teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services.
• Connect teams across functions and geographies to share reusable solutions.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives with governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (End-to-End): manage the full lifecycle from initiation to closure with detailed plans, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with IT, operations, business units, and regional partners to ensure alignment.
• Digital Solution Implementation: drive deployment and enhancement of digital platforms to meet business needs.
• Innovating the future of work by deploying AI-first digital platforms for mobility and collaboration.
• Regional Connectivity & Expansion: support regional system functionalities across markets with local compliance.
• Process Improvement & Optimization: streamline processes including cash/liquidity reconciliation via digital tools.
• Risk and Compliance: ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: monitor progress and provide management updates using data and analytics.
