Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead GenAI initiatives for the Customer Servicing Hub. You will design, deliver and govern GenAI tracks, coordinating with CCTR, BusinessCare and Data Chapter teams regionally.

The role focuses on improving employee experience, scaling GenAI solutions across regional ops, and ensuring governance lifecycle compliance for GenAI projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress with clear documentation.
• Proficiency in using project management & productivity tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience applying GenAI tools within banking context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and support internal and external stakeholders.
• Open-minded with willingness to learn and lateral thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop, manage and own project plans, schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Teams include but not limited to CSH teams & Data Chapter teams for both project and governance perspective.
• Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Figma.
• Leverage GenAI tools and technologies to enhance project management efficiency and decision-making.
• Ownership of assisgned project tracks and ensure completion of tasks to meet project timelines.
• As an appointed lead - to also:
• Act as a backup cover to the team head.
• Support the team in tracking key deliveries and updates to management.
• Manage and share CSO Assistant updates with GOCC - PMO team as needed.
