Job summary

OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORPORATION LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Digital Fulfilment team in Singapore. You will work with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive change across front-to-back processes in consumer and corporate banking operations.

You will join a dynamic, high-performing team of project managers delivering results through end-to-end problem solving and creative thinking, with a focus on servant leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within Financial Institutions and Operations.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Consumer and Corporate Banking channels.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow Project Managers and stakeholders to enhance and scale project outcomes.
