The position emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and preparedness for peak periods, with emphasis on accurate data, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support effective account operations, resource utilization, and service delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices to maintain consistent operational standards across markets.
• Support process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among regional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate daily operational planning, execution activities, utilization tracking, knowledge management, and business communications.
• Support customer business reviews and performance discussions by consolidating operational updates, identifying key issues, and tracking agreed action items.
• Monitor KPIs, service performance, improvement targets, and outcomes, and coordinate corrective actions where required.
• Analyse operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process enhancements to improve service quality and performance.
• Support the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures across regional markets.
• Maintain accurate operational data, reporting structures, and information flows to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Assist with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and peak-period readiness to support business continuity.
• Document current-state processes, assess future operational requirements, and coordinate regional process alignment.
• Prepare QBR presentations, KPI dashboards, and management reports to support business reviews and planning.
• Work with implementation and project teams to coordinate onboarding activities, implementation schedules, and operational handovers.
• Track relevant APAC market developments and operational risks, escalating issues and coordinating mitigation plans with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for business development initiatives and customer growth opportunities.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
