Job summary

Mott MacDonald Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Principal People Advisor, Asia to join our regional Asia HR team in a business partnering role. You will lead a small team that provides people advisory and talent acquisition support for Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, collaborating with country managers and market leaders to deliver value across Asia.

The role drives complex employee relations, governance on people processes, privacy and data security, and supports HR strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management or other relevant disciplines.
10-12 years of HR experience, particularly in HR business partnering.
Good communication and interpersonal skills within a global matrix environment.
Regional HR advisory experience in at least two Asia locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver first-class people advisory services such as complex employee grievances, exits and contract negotiations.
Manage BAU HR processes including salary/bonus reviews, talent reviews and performance management.
Develop and coach people managers to improve employee experience and drive change.
Collaborate with the Asia HR team and stakeholders to implement HR strategies using workforce analytics.
