Mott MacDonald is seeking a Principal People Advisor (Business Partner) to join the Asia HR team in a regional, business-partnering capacity. You will oversee a small team supporting people advisory and talent acquisition across Asia Pacific, including Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.

You will lead complex employee relations, manage salary/bonus reviews, talent reviews and performance management, and coach managers to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management or other relevant disciplines.
