Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Organisational Development (OD) projects and implement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders on OD initiatives such as engagement surveys and performance management.
• Conduct internal and external research, analyze data, and derive insights.
• Prepare communication materials and provide regular updates to stakeholders on OD progress.
