Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an experienced OD professional to help shape strategic planning and to drive organisation development across the public service. You will support the translation of strategy into cross-cutting change initiatives, strengthen alignment across divisions and build capacity for future readiness.

The role may be an individual contributor or team lead, collaborating with Strategic Comms, HR and other divisions to implement organisation-wide changes and sustain

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good project management and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of organisation development, change management and culture-building concepts.
• Understanding of public governance and its principles.
• Familiarity with staff engagement, pulse surveys, data analysis and insights generation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning to anchor OD efforts on SWDA’s long-term direction and priorities.
• Drive organisation development initiatives to strengthen effectiveness, culture and ways of working.
• Build OD capability and sustain organisation-wide change through planning, coordination and engagement.
