Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) in Singapore seeks an OD-focused professional to support strategic planning and drive organisational development across the agency. You will work as an individual contributor and/or team lead to translate strategy into cross-divisional change initiatives, strengthen alignment, and build capacity for future transformation.

Qualifications

Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking to understand issues beyond the surface.
Good project management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of organisation development, change management, organisation design and/or culture-building concepts.
Familiarity with public governance principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support strategic planning to anchor OD efforts on SWDA’s long-term direction and priorities.
Translate strategic priorities into coordinated OD plans and change initiatives.
Design and implement OD interventions including organisation design, culture-building and staff engagement.
Develop frameworks and tools to strengthen organisational alignment and readiness for change.
Collaborate with Strategic Comms and HR to support clear communication around change priorities.
Embed new ways of working across divisions and sustain change.
Track progress and surface risks to leaders and change champions.
