- Design and deliver OD interventions that improve team effectiveness, collaboration, organisational culture and ways of working.
- Facilitate leadership and team discussions to clarify accountabilities, resolve organisational barriers and align on shared priorities.
- Advise on organisation design and management practices that support business strategy and effective execution.
Leadership Development
- Identify leadership capability needs and translate them into development priorities for different leadership levels.
- Design leadership development journeys that combine structured learning, practical application, peer learning and feedback.
- Develop relevant content, tools and experiences that help leaders manage people, lead teams and navigate organisational change.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and team development sessions, adapting the approach to participants’ needs and business context.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed leadership expectations into everyday management practices.
Delivery and Impact
- Manage OD and leadership development initiatives independently, bringing together stakeholders and external partners where needed.
- Support leaders in adopting and sustaining new behaviours and practices.
- Evaluate impact using participant feedback, behavioural evidence and organisational measures, and refine interventions accordingly.
What You Bring
- Substantial experience in organisation development and leadership development, with a track record of designing and implementing initiatives.
- Strong organisational diagnostic skills, including the ability to distinguish presenting symptoms from underlying causes.
- Practical knowledge of OD approaches such as team effectiveness, culture development, organisation design and organisational change.
- Expertise in leadership development, including capability assessment, adult learning, programme design and facilitation.
- Strong group facilitation skills, with the confidence to guide senior leaders through complex or sensitive discussions.
- Experience translating leadership concepts into practical tools and behaviours that managers can apply at work.
- The ability to build trusted relationships, challenge constructively and influence across organisational levels.
- Sound analytical judgement and the ability to connect development initiatives to business needs and observable outcomes.
- An independent, adaptable working style, combining conceptual thinking with hands-on delivery.
Experience in both consulting and in-house environments, as well as relevant qualifications in organisation development, organisational psychology, coaching or related disciplines, would be an advantage.
