Job summary

Monee is seeking an Organisational Development lead to drive end-to-end OD projects, assess needs, design strategies and implement initiatives while monitoring progress.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, conduct research, analyze data, and prepare communications to keep stakeholders aligned across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of HR or management consulting experience, with a specialization in Talent Management, Organisational Development, Performance & Rewards, or Engagement.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Organisational Development (OD) projects, assessing organisational development needs, designing strategies and implementing initiatives (monitor progress, evaluate solutions, and make ongoing adjustments)
• Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders on various OD initiatives, such as engagement surveys, performance management, change management, etc.
• Conduct internal and external research, analyse data, and derive insights to develop effective solutions
• Prepare communication material and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of OD programmes to ensure alignment

Requirements:
