Job summary

OnlineWorkup is seeking a Thai-speaking Sales & Client Relations Manager to join our Singapore headquarters. You will oversee operations across Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, acting as the heartbeat between sales strategy, retail partner management, and VIP engagement.

With 5+ years in luxury retail, you will blend the art of luxury with the science of retail operations, driving regional performance, managing stock, and arranging high-end VIP events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, Retail Ops or Client Development in luxury or premium sector.
• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
• Strong relationship management and VIP client experience.
• Data-driven with Excel/PowerPoint for forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive market strategy across Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
• Manage relationships with retail partners on stock allocation and sell-out.
• Organize intimate, high-end VIP client events.
• Perform sales forecasting, inventory reporting and market analysis.
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for data-driven decisions.
