Job summary

Our Client, a renowned Italian luxury fashion house, seeks a Retail Director to lead and elevate its Southeast Asia retail business across multiple boutiques. You will drive commercial performance, set strategic direction, and ensure flawless client experiences in all stores.

Located in Singapore with regular regional travel, you will coach Boutique Managers, partner with Marketing, VM, HR and Finance, and oversee KPI-driven growth while preserving brand heritage and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 15 years retail management experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership within luxury retail.
• Proven multi-store operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategy to drive sales and profitability.
• Drive commercial performance across boutiques through KPI management.
• Partner with Merchandising and Buying to optimize assortment.
• Ensure operational excellence and global retail standards.
• Champion luxury client journey across boutiques.
• Foster clienteling culture with CRM and high-value clients.
• Lead, coach and develop Boutique Managers and teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, VM, HR, Finance and regional teams.
