Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in luxury, premium, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, store operations and vendor coordination.
• Regional or multi-market retail operations experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail operational excellence across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand by implementing standardized SOPs, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee store facilities, maintenance, vendor management, procurement, and contracts to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate operational and logistics support for new store openings, renovations, inventory movements, and stock transfers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on system implementations, in-store initiatives, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor store operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budgeting and expenditure reviews.
• Support retail excellence initiatives, including customer experience improvements, mystery shopping, and operational tools to strengthen overall store performance.
