You will lead clienteling initiatives, oversee VIC engagement, plan exclusive events, and manage budgets, partnering with Retail, CRM, and Marketing to deliver measurable commercial impact for the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clienteling within luxury activations.
• Deep understanding of the HNWI client landscape in Southeast Asia.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activations and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the client development roadmap for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Partner with Store Directors to grow high-potential client pipelines.
• Champion clienteling tools and CRM for personalized engagement.
• Lead training to elevate client relationships and hospitality standards.
• Design elevated client activations and exclusive events to drive loyalty.
• Oversee VIC engagement and High Jewelry/High Watch client nominations.
• Measure ROI and report on program effectiveness.
