MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is partnering with a leading global fintech to recruit an HR Operations professional in Singapore.

You will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll liaison, and compliance, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, strong payroll knowledge in Singapore, and proven ability to drive process improvements and automation while maintaining data integrity and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6 years of HR Operations/People Operations or HR Generalist experience in similar industries.
• Strong payroll exposure in Singapore and statutory compliance.
• Experience with process improvements, systems enhancements, or automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll administration with external providers for accuracy and timeliness.
• Advise managers and employees on HR operations and policies.
• Support HR compliance, governance documentation, and audits.
• Deliver regional and global people programmes including performance cycles and benefits.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and automation.
• Maintain HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and controls.

• Coordinate payroll administration and partner with external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR operational matters and policies
• Support HR compliance, governance frameworks, documentation, and audit requirements
• Deliver regional and global people programmes including performance cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and benefits administration
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency through process optimisation and automation
• Maintain high standards of HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational controls

The Successful Applicant

• Has 6 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within similar industries
• Strong exposure to Singapore payroll administration and statutory compliance requirements
• Thrive in fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, systems enhancements, or automation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and business acumens skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
