Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR professional to manage regional programs and expatriate operations from our Singapore office.

You will coordinate content structure, logistics, accommodation, and meeting schedules for the HRBP Regional Team on regional initiatives. The role involves consolidating personnel statistics for monthly reporting, supporting compliance audits, and analyzing HR data to identify improvements for the regional team, while staying updated on local employment laws

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resource or Diploma in HR; preferred.
At least 2 years work experience.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and ASAO region regulations preferred.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Experience in HR data analytics.
Willing to travel for business.

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing content structure, logistics, accommodation, meeting schedules for regional HR programs.
Consolidate personnel statistics for Monthly Statistical reporting.
Assist in Compliance Audits and advise on findings.
Analyze HR data to identify improvements for the Regional Team.
Support expatriate operations in the ASAO region and Singapore.
Monitor local employment regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide ad-hoc support to General Affairs when required.
Support projects as directed by HR Manager and HRBP Team.
