Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites an Assistant Manager, Regional HCM, to drive regional HR initiatives across SEAO. You will partner with the Senior Manager to shape HR frameworks, strengthen regional operations, and support key talent programmes.

Responsibilities include regional HR operations, data governance, analytics, and cross-subsidiary projects, with emphasis on data integrity, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement for regional HR excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin or related discipline.
5–8 years regional or multinational HR experience.
Experience in full-spectrum HR operations and regional coordination.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate quarterly Regional HR focal point meetings and document outcomes.
Lead data consolidation, headcount reporting and HR metrics.
Lead regional HR initiatives and manage training programs across subsidiaries.
Support performance management and employee relations across SEAO jurisdictions.
Develop regional HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
