RRecruiter is seeking an HR Business Partner to be based near Bugis MRT, Singapore, driving regional HR projects, coordinating logistics, accommodations, and scheduling for engagement surveys and leadership development programs.

You will consolidate HR data with Finance for monthly reporting, support expatriates across the ASAO region, and contribute to global compliance audits while handling ad-hoc HR initiatives and general affairs tasks.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Self-motivated, meticulous with numbers, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate regional HR projects and logistics for programs like Employee Engagement Surveys and Talent/Leadership development.
• Consolidate personnel stats with Finance for monthly HR reporting and analyze data for regional improvements.
• Participate in global compliance audits and monitor local labor regulations.
