Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR professional to manage regional programs and expatriate operations from our Singapore office.

You will coordinate content structure, logistics, accommodation, and meeting schedules for the HRBP Regional Team on regional initiatives. The role involves consolidating personnel statistics for monthly reporting, supporting compliance audits, and analyzing HR data to identify improvements for the regional team, while staying updated on local employment laws

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource or Diploma in HR; preferred.
• At least 2 years work experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and ASAO region regulations preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in HR data analytics.
• Willing to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing content structure, logistics, accommodation, meeting schedules for regional HR programs.
• Consolidate personnel statistics for Monthly Statistical reporting.
• Assist in Compliance Audits and advise on findings.
• Analyze HR data to identify improvements for the Regional Team.
• Support expatriate operations in the ASAO region and Singapore.
• Monitor local employment regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide ad-hoc support to General Affairs when required.
• Support projects as directed by HR Manager and HRBP Team.

Expand your HR career managing regional programs and expatriate operations.

• Assist in preparation and organising content structure, logistics, accommodation, meeting schedules to HRBP Regional Team on regional initiatives such as Employee Engagement Survey , ASAO + East Asia Talent Development Program, Regional HR Meeting, ASAO + East Asia Senior Management Development Program and other HRBP projects
• Consolidate personnel statistics data provided by HRBP Manager and Finance Team to ensure accuracy with Monthly Statistical reporting
• Partake in Company Global Criteria of Compliance Audits and advise on findings to ensure compliance
• Consolidate and analyse HR data to identify potential areas of improvements to Human Resource Regional Team
• Support with International expatriates operations in the ASAO region and ensure smooth operations of expatriate management in Singapore office.
• Keep updated with local employment and working regulations to ensure legal compliance
• Provide ad-hoc or back up support to General Affairs when required
• Support and undertake projects as required by HR Manager and HRBP Team

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Experience in facilitation of group meeting and stakeholder management
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiatives
• Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization and from various cultural backgrounds.
• Possess knowledge of employment laws and government regulations & practices in Singapore and in ASAO region is advantageous
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Meticulous and careful with numbers
• A Degree in Human Resource or Diploma in HR with at least 2 years work experience
• With HR exposure and Stake holder management experience
• With HR Data Analytics
• Comfortable with Business Travelling

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent is preferred
• At least 2 years work experience
